AMO Couture Exchange Policies 

PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PURCHASE

  1. NON REFUND

Please kindly note prior to making any AMO Couture Limited purchases, that due to the nature of our ready to wear fabrics our premium faux fur and our bespoke ordering facility for Faux Fur we DO NOT offer refunds.

  1. EXCHANGE

As a brand we strive to continuously meet with your satisfaction so as long as the return of your original purchase meets with our criteria ( see below) we will happily provide or produce for you a suitable replacement garment to the value or less than the original purchased.

Should you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, we will discuss with you ways of paying for the differential      

  • III. AMO CREDIT                       

Should you wish to return and NOT have a replacement sent to you we can also offer you a credit for your AMO account to use at a later date. This will be managed by our Customer Services Team who are available 7 days a week and you can contact them at This email address is being protected from spambots.   1. RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

Every order we package is meticulously checked and prepared to reach you in pristine BRAND NEW condition. ALL orders are photographed and packaged beautifully and then handed to our courier partners for your delivery. Each order is issued with a copy of your purchase which includes the order number, the value, the specifications of your order and delivery details.

When returning your AMO Couture item, our Customer Services Team will advise you of where to ship your items. You MUST include either

  1. A copy of your order confirmation
  2. A clear notelet with your Name and Order number

Your item will then be received and past to our incoming Quality Control team. From here if the exchange/ credit has been accepted it will be past through to our dispatch or accounting team. In the instance a PRE AUTHORISATION has been granted for a refund once the aforementioned procedures are complete your refund is made via a payment reversal process via the means your originally paid and will be cleared within a period no longer than the statutory 28 days.

  1. EXCHANGE / CREDIT / REFUND

Please ensure you read the following points and are coherent PRIOR to returning your item. We WILL NOT be held liable or responsible for lost returned items, or items we deem to not meet our standards. Whilst we try our best endeavours so be as helpful and flexible as possible, we will NOT offer an exchange if we deem any of the following items:

(i) The AMO Garment/ Accessory has been warn or used
(ii) The AMO Garment/ Accessory has had AMO labels removed
(iii) The AMO Garment/ Accessory has been scented with a perfume or fragrance indicating use.
(iv)  The AMO Garment/ Accessory has been damaged or has been torn or is dirty

TRACKED RETURNS

Whilst we try our best endeavours to offer our UK customer FREE SHIPPING and highly discounted rates for European orders and International, we do NOT as a brand offer FREE returns.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your choose to return your AMO Couture item with a tracked or sign for carrier and maintain a copy of your receipt.
